Raptor Robotics

Picture
Raptor Robotics is available to students in grades 2-8.   Classes are held at Mission Discovery School.

Parents must attend a meeting before student can join the team.

Next Parent Meeting : TBA

Raptor Robotics coaches are excited to get going on forming new teams and start designing robots to compete.  Students in grades 2-8 are invited to join. There is no cost to join and coaches donate their time, however all team members share in expenses necessary to play the game.  Costs include: Team registration, $50 per student; Game registration, $25 per student per game (we will most likely attend 2-3 games), Robot Equipment $100-$150 per student as needed (we just buy the parts needed to build the robots), Travel expenses to attend games (usually in SLC area or Phoenix area).  Fundraisers will be available to help offset these costs.

For information on joining Raptor Robotics, call Miriam Peterson (head coach) 435-459-9796 or stop by Mission Discovery School 46 E. 200 S. Monticello for details.
